My Friend

 

His name is Richard, he is always there for anyone who needs him

And it seems like we could all use a friend who is such a gem.So I thought I would like to tell you how much he loves birds.He invited me to join a bird club and it was fun.   He helped me learn how too care and hand feed a baby canaryI was so afraid, I thought I would fail, but he stayed by my sideAnd told me everything would be all right, although I thought it was scary. You can talk to Richard about anything; he listens and doesn’t judge youHe gives without asking for anything in return, that is a true friend.I love going to the bird shows with him because it’s like a big zoo. People like Richard are one in a million, he is caring and thoughtfulSo full of life, so sincere and giving and such a wonderful friend.He is my friend and for that I am grateful. My Friend Richard, what a wonderful manLets all stand up and give him a hand!  Written By: Penny Halley
